Cleaning for the 4th time this year. Getting it to run better each time. Seems hard to start and wants to bog going into full throdle unless i ease into it. Soaking carbs for 24 hours now in napa carb cleaner. Does anyone know if I need to drill out brass screw caps installed at factory and remove screws behind them? Any info? Thanks.
