I have a 1977 mercury 175 model 1750 ser 4589090 my ? is how do I set the time I have no decal the manul say to set at cranking speed and line the mark with on the flywheel with the notch in the cowl dose<br />this sound right it dosnt give my any degee just to line marks with notch
