Buenos dias! Just curious...how many of you have a school holiday for Cinco de Mayo? <br /><br />It's the first Monday in May for us; we're planning a family camping trip on the Colorado River (the Texas version, not the Grand Canyon).<br /><br /> here, in case anybody's interested

Good reason for a party but no school clousures here that I'm aware of. May soon be a state holiday. Enjoy your long week-end, looks like a pleasant spot :cool:

Sure does look pretty there. We've never been.<br /><br />Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) is also Mr. LF's birthday.

My birthday is Cinco De Mayo<br />Our daughter's is Juneteenth<br />LF keeps telling us her birthday isn't a holiday.................YET!!!!<br /><br />I think it will eventually be declared National Blonde Day. :D
