Hello. My friends and I just purchased a 17' bow rider made by Tri Sonic. The boats solid, but needs a whole lot of love. It's our first boat, so we didn't want to make huge investment til we gave boating a try. We're all mechanically capable, but a little new to 2 stroke outboards. It has a Chrysler Force 90 outboard model #908v3b serial #1206. Do any of you guys know anything of the history of this motor? when it was made? are parts still available? is it worth putting some money into it? do they have common issues? are shop manuals still available? Any help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
