Choke valve

I was reading some other posts which gave me a question. When I go to full throttle my choke valves only open a little bit. I don't think the motor would get much air if they are just open a crack. Below is a pic of wot.

Thats not a choke shutter.That's the throttle butterfly.At full throttle it should be flat/level.
Your choke system is a primer/pump.You need to look at the top stickys and do a linc and sinc.
Do the other carbs open right at wot?Remove the carbs and see what they all do.They should all operate at the same time and do the same thing.Which is open at the same time.J

In that photo the center carb on your engine is nowhere close to full throttle. The position of the throttle cam is only about at the fast idle point, which leads me to believe that all three carbs are opened the same. If that is a photo of the engine and linkage at full throttle, (the control handle should be well below horizontal at full throttle), you need to check the cables and the linkage. I doubt whether that setting in the photo would give you much over 1500 RPM
