We are looking at a approx. 15 foot boat with a beam of approx 5.5 feet with a 30hp. Might pull a tube but no skier. What is the max. motor for the boat?

30 HP just isn't going to pull a skier properly, particularly a large adult. If the boat is rated for it, I think I'd be looking for at least 50 HP, preferably more.
