Hello all,<br /><br /> Newbie boat owner, a couple of questions, I have a 18ft 1972 cobia/suziki dt55-hp outboard motor, the prop has 4-5 chips one fairly big one 1/4 inch or so missing. runs fast and planes out well with 2 on board, if 4 people a big decrease in speed and back heavy, would a new/reconditioned prop increase performance at all?. Thinking eventually upgrading to 90 hp engine.<br /><br /> This is a great forum, I have been reading all morning, very informative<br /><br />thanks
