chevy 350 head intake vs exhaust valve

okay so if i am looking at the head and cyl 1 is to my left.. and 7 on my right which is the intake and which is the exhaust valve?

does it go

cly 1 - intake left - exhaust right
cyl 3 - intake left - exhaust right

etc

or what?
