I have a 2000 175 Johnson , I was out in boat today for hrs and it ran great all day but then my check engine light came on . When I backed off the throttle it went out . This happen a few times when I was over 2500 to 3000 rpms in rough seas . when I keep it below 3000 it ran great . Is this a sign of a fuel pump going ? Thanks for you input !
