It could use a ton of work. Don't you think? Just looks like buying a bunch of problems?

Is it just me, or does that look the the S.S. Minnow? Does Gilligan or the Skipper come with it?

Last week I saw a seaworthy 21 foot sloop with VHF, outboard and sails go for $590! If I only had $590 and a trailer! Amazing what you see on both ends of the ebay spectrum!

Fill it full of foam and it'll float (maybe?)

Depending on the type of wood, it could be worth more than you think. Mahogany or teak, looks like there would be a good amount of board feet there.

No matter what a person would do with it, it would still be lots of work!
