Charging system on a 3.0 gs

I think I have a charging system problem. My engine is a 30 GS MWTR . With engine running and battery at full charge I have a reading of 14.32 volts at the battery and my gauge on the dash reads 13.5. Once I have run for a while the dash gauge drops to 12 volts and at battery it reads 13.2. Do I have a regulator problem or an alternator starting to go or something else?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Sounds like a gauge problem to me. What does the battery read when the instrument panel reads 12v running?

With a meter, while the engine is running:

Measure the voltage at the battery.

Measure the voltage at the meter at your dash.

Measure the voltage between the positive battery post and the positive post at the dash gauge. This will measure the voltage drop from the engine up to the dash.
