davette:<br /><br />I can tell you. I have the original 1990 Chaparral catalog because I have the Villain IV. The Villain 111 weight is 3200 LBS.

THANKS , for your help in this matter, I needed to know to see if i can tow this with a 2001 s-10 blazer 4x4 w/4.3 and 373 gears. thanks

Hey davette,just in case you had'nt thought about it,the listed weight is dry weight,fuel up add 2 batteries and equiptment + trailer& you can easily add 1000lbs to the weight.You should be o.k.,but don't expect to be doing alot of passing......<br /><br /> Jim

I am posting here for some one doing a search on this subject.I know this post is old.The 1985-1987 villain 3's were 3200 lbs..even though they list the later 1988-1992 villain 3's as 3200 they were longer 24 vs 22 and taller with an actual cabin plus a swim deck..the actual weight of the second generation villain 3's is 4200 lbs...
