Chaparral Signature 270 waste or black water tank

Hi all,
I have a 2000 Chaparral Signature 270 with an aluminum waste tank that has rusted through. Do you know where I can get a plastic replacement tank? The original was made by RDS Manufacturing, part number 54865

Have you tried googling the original mfg ? You have all the info in front of you . Moeller makes plastic ones or again Google marine waste water holding tank .

look at RV waste tanks. most can be semi-custom made because they roto-mold the tank and spin-weld the fittings where you want them.

Yes, I can get a replacement aluminum one from RDS that will bolt right in. Thanks for putting me on Moeller.

I think a plastic (non-metal) holding tank would be best, since aluminum and water don't get along that well.

If you Google "marine waste holding tank" you should find various brands and sizes of tanks. Hopefully finding one that is close to the dimensions of your original tank.
