Chaparral Boats Question's Please Help

I am in the market to purchase a deck boat for my family. I have looked at several different boat makers Sea Ray, Ebbitde, Monterey and Chapparal. Out of these i like the Chapparal the best and have a demo set up for this weekend. My queswtion is does Chaparral make a good boat. Does anyone have a Chaparral? If so what do you think of it? How does it perform. Any info would be great. Thank you

I think Chaparral does make a quality boat. My 1988 is still in great shape, well, except for the mercruiser, and that's not Chaparral's fault. The floor, transom and everything else have held up exceptionally well. I'd buy another Chaparral if I were in the market for a fiberglass boat again.

yes, the best!!! Just bought new 21 ssi looked at used and new all summer starting in May. Looked at sea ray, four winns, crownline, monterey, cobalt, wellcraft, etc etc. Took one look and demo of chaparrel, We were sold, No other boat can compare from the factory video to spec chart it was a no brainer.
