Hi guys,
A friend of mine has an Adventure RIB with a DF90 on it. Today he said a beeper started beeping (didnt say whether it was constant or intermitant). He said that in the manual it says that the beeper will sound when it's due an oil change

1) Where is the oil filter? I couldn't see it when I had a quick look earlier. I'm guessing its behind the plastic covering at the front of the engine?
2) What oil should be used
3) If the beeper sounding is normal, how do you reset it?

Many thanks!

Re: Changing oil on a DF90

1)Remove the plastic side cover on the right side. Several screws.

2)10 W-40 API SE,SF,SG,SH,SJ

3)Check the owner's manual. A Suzuki service manual is a good investment.

Good luck:love:

The oil change alert is a flashing oil light with NO alarm. However, when the oil change alert is activated, and the key is ON without the engine running, the alarm will sound. If the alarm is sounding and the engine is running, you have problem.
