I would say the light has been glued, can use something like a putty knife to get under it. I would also say that most likely the green lens is just snapped onto the black base. Might crack the lens but should make it easier if a hair dryer or heat gun is used

Have you thought about replacing them with Led?

Looks like screws up from the bottom to remove the lense

Yes, that was my intention to begin with, but I couldn’t get the couldn’t get it off so I don’t know what that’s why I was asking for help. Well thank you qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqvery much for your help. I appreciate it.

By any chance is anybody know is the white wire the hot wire or is the black wire the hot wire on the marker lights
With standard incandescent light bulbs it doesn't matter, but the black should be ground

If your going to replace with LED then it will matter
