Changing fuel line in Key west 196 BR

How do I replace the fuel line in my 2003 Key West 196 Bay Reef without removing the center consloe?

If the hose is not attached under the floor get yourself a double barb union simular to the one in the link. Attach the new hose to the old one and pull it through.

If its attached in a spot you can't easily get to that is a different story.
