changing from 14 inch tire to 15 inch

hello my trailer is a bit rusty..around the fenders .......im planing on repacing my fenders with some new ones....and some spring things that go between the springs and the trailer and look like angle iorn is gunna be replaced ....hope fully keep old springs ,,,i also am looking at getting some new rims...............is there any reason why i couldnt use truck rims in aluminum to match my truck,,,,,also can i get some skinny car/truck tires ,,,right now i have 14 inch tires ....on white spokes with kinda sidewall cracked tires...

As long as the bolt holes fit the hub/drum/rotor and the wheel has the proper offset you can go from a 14" to a 15". As for the tires, don't use car tires, skinny or otherwise. They are too weak/flexible in the sidewall. Get proper trailer tires such as Goodyear Marathons.
