changing a 1964 9.5 from tiller to remote

Is there a way to do it? Do I need a special kit?
Or is it just easier to sell this little longshaft and buy an engine with a remote setup?

It requires an adapter kit which was an accessory. Might be hard to find one now, since they weren't very often used, even when new. I think we might have sold two or three over the years the 9.5 was made.
