SO i changed the impeller on my 1997 60 hp ELHPTO and the water flow is just about the same as before i changed it ....dripping out ,i dropped the LU and put a compressor up to the water outlet and is has no restriction , put a hose up to the water tube seal and water came out the outlet in a stream . Could a bad water tube seal have that much of an affect on water flow ? Any suggestions ?
