I took off the three screws,and the head is sitting like h***<br /><br />how should I get it off?

There is a gasket in there. Probably was re-used with a sealer.<br /><br />Try working around the gasket with a utility knife. If you try wedging it out, it may break the ears, so go slowly. I sacrificed a couple of chisels on exactly this problem without breaking the ears. If you don't have a new gasket, you can make one. Don't put sealer on it and next time it will come off easily.

yaa that is not a good design on them 9.5s i have broke many of them. what i do i use a razor blade and cut though the gasket after doing that i spray it down with pb blaster and let her sit for a while then i go back with an adjusable wrench and turn it back and forth till it pops off. good luck finding a cover for that u might wanna look for a used head off ebay they usually have a thermo cap on them still thats where i got mine from.
