chain yankers on iboats forums??

have been following ( and have had input on a thread in the forums....wont add input to that particular thread anymore) , actually there were 3 or 4 threads on the same subject. i think this guy is just playing around..maybe a member of a different boating forum and is getting a laugh.
have any of you "long time members" seen this before? or am i just reading the most bizarre thread(s) since i've joined? :facepalm:

Yes there are threads like that.

Sometimes it is someone that does not speak english as their first language, from a country other than USA or UK or AU.
Sometimes it is someone new to forum/internet use.
Sometimes it is someone that is just not that "with it."
Sometimes it may be someone that is acting the part.
Sometimes it is a spammer, babbling on about something, then posting a link to cell phone batteries from Hong Kong.
