Center toon shorter

Figure better ask before I go any further.
Got 22ft Bennington tritoon with honda 150.
Got beat against dock during a storm. So changing outside toons. Toons are same size, 25". But brackets on new toons are taller than old ones. Did not realize until mounting last one. So outside toons are 1 to 2 inch deeper in water than center toon. Is this going to affect anything?

I don't see this causing problems, you'll just have to give it a try. It may cause the motor to sit up a bit higher out of the water...
