HI guys love the info here...its as good as snowest.com the snowmobile site...I jus bought a Tigershark 640 daytona and tho it will get up with smaller kids...I am 275 it takes a bit to plane off and when you spin out on it the thing whizzes as it cavitates..

I read on here about the causes and things to check for...I looked at the wear ring and it is very close tolerance...The impeller does have a few nicks tho nothing major... the intake is razor sharp almost
The only thing I say was pine needles located behind the impeller too far into the nozzle to get out so I will have to remove the rear portion to get at them... I think they got there over the winter not ingested...there are by sight 10 or so stuck in there... would this cause the problem I am talking about
Once it gets out of the hole it is a screamer...tho porpisess alot... that will be my next topic

I got out all of the pine needles and again the wear ring looks to have a very close tolerance...

I noticed that the 6 peice pie shaped outlet before it gets to the nozzle has been melted right behind the leading edges where the water boiled and melted the aluminuim.

Taking it to the lake to try it out...something tells me its not the answer....maybe I will call Jeff W
