what would be the best carpet to puy on a pontoon that is in a very hot climate that wont burn feet

A light color. There are a whole lot of indoor/outdoor carpets avail. any will work. I would think a low nap would be coolest, in light blue, beige or teal, which are good colors for boats. Of course light colors show dirt more than dark. However, I/O carpets are real tough and will stand up to strong cleaners like superclean, spray 9, ammonia and pressure washing.

Use some i/o carpet adhesive and a notch trowel to stick it on.

Check out Nu-Wave marine carpet.Look for it online.Not cheap but will last a lifetime and looks the same as factory carpet on a brand new boat.Charlie
