Carburetor float question

So after fixing my head gasket on my 1990 90hp I noticed a lot of fuel coming out of the overflow on the lower carb. Took it all back apart and all I could see is one of the floats was adjusted different from the others so while it was apart I ordered new needles and gaskets for the bowl. The floats are ok in they float in water no bubbles when submerged so I think that is ok but should they all be they same? From left to right you can see the lower, middle and top carb. Now I will admit I did screw up and not keep the parts With their respective carbs so the bowls may be on different carbs but should I adjust the high one on the right to be the same as the other 2?

The usual criteria in adjusting carb floats is by inverting it and the float should level with the body of the carb. In your pics, the carb on the right seems to have the correct setting. The other should be adjusted as the same.

Just as Jiggz says, the float should be parallell with the body when inverted.
The first and the second from left need to be adjusted.

Yup they are right on the first 2 and the 3rd is off a little too.
The float should be even not raised a little

Done and done!!! Took a while to find it but there is a you tube video of a guy with a Chrysler 75hp making these adjustments.
