my carburetor was starting really hard and losing prime and running on only half throttle so I take the carb. apart to clean and replace any bad diaphragm or gaskets. When i took the base plug off the bottom of the primer system the check ball was missing. anyone have any thoughts about what to do without purchasing the $60 repair kit?
