The complete written procedure is quite lengthy.I recommend you obtain an engine specfic manual,perform a topic search on these forums,and post any specific questions as to the procedure.<br /><br />Edit:Joe just made a short and to the point procedure. ;)

RCpilot... Loosen the carb roller set screw (if needed) so that you can back the roller away from the cam.<br /><br />Adjust the throttle linkage rod between the upper and lower carburetor so that both plates are closed at idle, and they both start to open at the same time.<br /><br />Adjust the carb roller so that the throttle butterflies start to open when the scribe mark on the cam aligns with the center of the carb roller. That's it.

Joe is correct. I just performed this on my 115 last week and she works great.
