Carb Sync on 2002 25HP Tohatsu 4 stroke

I was hoping someone could help me with syncing my carbs as I do not have a service manual. Had to pull the carbs off and clean as they were full of junk from setting to long. It runs good but after disassembling the carbs I want to make sure everything is set properly. Thanks for your help

First, get a Factory service manual, available from any dealer, including me. The link and sync on the 3-carb 4-stroke isn't too complex, but you want it right for max performance and best idle.

Essentially, you will need to set the idle stop, and adjust out slack in the carb linkage. The most accurate way is with a carb synchronizer, such as a uni-syn, but you can get very close without one.
