carb replacement for 1986 rude 140hp

I need to replace carbs on this motor due corrision on tubes. I found a set from I believe was a 90,s 130hp, also a lopper. The carbs come with throttle bodys, linkage and air box. will these fit the 140hp?

If your 140 is the big looper they should fit

Thanks walker for the replie, I see the idle and mid range jets are differant from exsisting. Should I leave the jetting the same or change jets to exsisting,.:/

After cleaning carbs an throttle bodies, I noticed that the carbs have adjustable idle air screws at the top left of carbs. the idle and midrange jets have the same jet size # 33's, I have boysen reeds in the 140 which require richer idle, should I change the a 33 down to a 29 or 28 or will the idle adjustment screw do the same thing. Thanks for any input.
