Carb Repair/Rebuild Kit to Canada (fastest means?)

Getting ready (reading reading reading) to do my first carb repair on my '69 Evinrude RK-27A.

Would love to start the project next weekend as the weather is looking great, but there does not appear to be great shipping options as far as timelines go - eg to get the kit on iboats it's '9 days' as shipping to Canada (just outside of Toronto).

Has anyone had any success, or know of any other sources that could ship more expedited (eg 2 days - understood cost of shipping with rise), or even a local source for such parts in the Southern Ontario area (or anywhere between here and Parry Sound lol).

Excited to get the project under way, but 9 days would mean another weekend lost.

Thanks!

have you checked nymarine.ca ? it will cost a bit for fast mail, but worth a look. (edit) nix nymarine, his stuff is for older motors. but have you checked with your local uap-napa store? ive had good luck with getting parts " next day".

Napa carries the Sierra parts you can check with your local dealer for a price of the kit for your engine the part # is 18-7222 for the kit with the float. You can also go to your local Evinrude dealer who most likely has it in stock and it will most likely be cheaper than ordering it by the time you include shipping and brokerage fees that Fedex and UPS charge.
