first, tha serial number starts with a "zero", not an "oh".....look on tha carb body, linkage side. should be a WMH number stamped on it. think yours may be WMH 16, 21, or 34. do they have acc. pumps complete, just a casting for a pump or neither? this is kit number from Pro Marine for that series. they are usually OEM that may even come in tha Merc package.....part number 7213-1
