i looked up a carb rebuild kit for my 1978 evinrude 85 hp and i saw 2 listing (7046 carb kit) and (7046v carb kit viton) can anyone tell me the difference thanks for any help

bigkee,<br /><br />You want the "viton" kit. The difference is in the rubber compounds. The viton kit is alcohol resistant.
