Is there a guide or anything anywhere that says what the part numbers for the parts in the rebuild kit are? or is the only way to do it to try and match them up? I have red washers, O rings, a small plastic boot, an odd looking round gasket with three sections cut out some parts that I do not even believe are for my carbs... <br /><br />it is a 1978 Johnson 55 and the kit I have is P/N 396701<br /><br />what are the most important parts to replace when doing a rebuild? Float, needle and seat, carb and bowl gasket... anything else?<br /><br />I have the diagram of the carb with all of the part numbers but I do not know how to figure out the part number of the part I am looking at... any idea?
