carb problems (my first carb rebuild)

1994 200 HP Evinrude
LE200SLERS


Hope I didnt totally mess this up but as you can see the bushing that holds the needle valve came out with it. Tried to gently seat the needle counting turns so I would have a place to begin after rebuild but I never felt it seat. Can I push this back in? Should I try to cement it in? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know of a good fix for this or have any comments that might help? Is it possible to remove and replace the seat?
