I just overhauled my carb on my 80 merc 2 stroke 40 hp.because it would not idle.well now it starts cold fine but afer running it for about 20 mins.then i shut it down and if i let it sit for longer than 15 min.its hard to start.so a choke it a little then it finnaly starts,but theres a fine line between chokeing it a little and flooding it out any sug,
