so this motor i got with my boat, the one that was hanging by its lock and cable in the water for a couple years, runs. it wont idle. it will run wide open except it spews gas out of the two holes on the top sided of the carb as it is running. i believe that it is flooding. then it will only restart if i drain the float bowl. is this a float problem? what should i do next?
