carb adjustment

1996 evinrude 25 hp 3 cylinder.could someone tell me if screw on carb on side thath says in motor diagram valve needle .is this the air screw for rich and lean adjustment. thank you

yes that is low idle adjustment.(lean n rich adjustment).please put model number # next time you post helps us to find your exactg motor.

thaks angel. e25tkledc is model number. now i presume out is lean in is rich is this correct . thaks in advance.
