Capri 15 Identification

Hi all.

I just bought a 1970s (I think) Tri-hull Starcraft Capri 15 O/B for a fishing boat and need to figure out what year it is for insurance/licensing. The outboard is a 1975 Mercury 850, so I think that the boat should be about the same vintage, but need to confirm that. There is a tag on the back of the boat that reads STRA83270476-F6. I'm assuming that would be the HIN.

Any help will be appreciated (I want to get the insurance & licensing taken care of so that I can take the boat out for some fishing this weekend.)

I'd say by that number it's a 1976 the last two digits before the (-) is usually the year model.
