There's a spray sold in camping stores for water proofing tents I've use it with good results. Hope this helps.<br /><br />Rickl

I heard about the Thompson's and it's rolled on. I do have a can of Scotch Guard. I'll try the S.G. first. We've been having lots of rain here in Maine so it'll be a good test. Thanx fellas.

That spray for tents is good stuff,but does not last long

think I would stick with the Scotchguard unless you know your fabrics -- probably have Sunbrella and not canvas (not much of the latter around anymore, of course). Spray it periodically with Scotchguard.

OB1, thats what I have, sunbrella thanks for reminding me hafta work tomorrow and supposed to rain all weekend so it won't happen till monday.
