Can't upload photo's

Starting yesterday, I am unable to upload any photo's for my posts. Have correct format etc. Can you have to many photo's uploaded, or are there restrictions based on level? OR? All help is appreciated!!!! The message just says "upload failed", no other explanation.:blue:

Maybe someone else is having the same problem?

Using JPEG at between 2 and 3 MB. Just verified all is correct with extension. Error message is "The following error occurred, 3.JPG: Upload of file failed" I just tried it again and same result.

Just switched to different computer. Interesting, it's my computer. Thanks for the help!!

OK, it just got strange!! I uploaded that one photo above, no problem at all off the new computer. Forwarded the photos I want to upload to new computer and now I can't upload from new computer. These are photo's I took so I know there is no virus attached to them that the iBoats uploader would have issue with. Very strange!

OK, one more time after complete LAN reset



Allowed these two too upload, but not my prop photo's. I think it must be my prop photo's for some reason?????????

Do it again and see what happens.




took this, but once again will not upload my 4 prop photo's. No idea why?? I'll just go take new ones and get rid of these.

It sure does seem like it's something on your end..... Compare the prop pix to the ones that work. There must be something different about them......

Well, thought I would come back and add what I have discovered is the cause, size as in pixels of height and width. I resized my photo's using Adobe Photo Shop and now can upload no problem.

Can you have to many photo's uploaded.

I believe there is a limit of five photo's allowed per post.

Never was about quantity, couldn't get even one to upload. Fixed problem by resizing photo's. Found the best size seems to be 620 W X constrained Height. High quality is better for reproduction on forum, just not to big. I just had to many pixels!!
