Can't post in the Non Boating Technical Forum

There has not been a new post in that forum for a day and a half. There is no 'new topic' button to allow you to do that.

I just clicked "+New Topic" and posted. Maybe Non-Boating Technical Topics just wasn't busy recently. But new topics can be started.
