Can't get the **** prop off - Johnson 8.0

Got the cotter pin out and the little cone, but how does the prop come off? I assume the prop is keyed to the shaft somehow? Help.......

I thought I was going to have to remove the prop to get to the bolts that hold the lower unit on, but I was able to fanagle a wrench in there and got those bolts out. Now I can't figure out how to get the lower unit off...!

Mr. Warner,<br />If you'll look around the back of the prop where the spinner came off, there should be a shear-pin. This is the little pin that breaks when your prop hits a stump. You may have to clean the prop up with emory cloth to find it but it's there. Drive it out with a punch or nail, or what ever fits.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />hooty
