1974 85 hp Johnson, followed the service manual to a tee. I disconnected the shift rod at the top, unscrewed the four external bolts, and the one under the trim tab. It wont budge. I hit it with a hammer in different directions. Nothing. Any Advice? this is the first time Im working on an outboard.
