Can't find two line fuel hose for '57 Johnson

I can't find a two line hose for a '57 Johnson outboard. It seems that everything is single line hoses these days. Is there someplace to order the old hoses or is there a way to convert to the single line hose for this old motor and gas can?<br />Thanks for the info!
