Can't find proper 2" seat post bushing

Hi,
I've got a 1989 Fisher sv-1 16 footer. The seat post bushings are very worn out and having trouble finding the proper ones anywheres online. The pins on the seats are 3/4" o.d., and the seat posts themselves are 2" o.d. and are splined inside. I've searched everywhere for new bushings but can't find any. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Here's a couple pics to show what I'm talking about. I just need the new black plastic bushing that all worn out.

Back to the top on this one, stumped on finding the right bushing. Surely someone knows where to get one or what kind it is. Thanks guys.

Did u ever find them bushings? Cause ive got the same problem. Cant find any info on em.
