Cynthia - post your HIN ( Hull Identification Number ) located on the starboard side right under the rubrail. If you still haven't located the breaker box that number will help narrow down its location.

If you have a good working knowledge with a voltmeter now's the time to use it. First off check your required voltage at the dock box. Just don't assume because that switch is "on" you should have power - check it. Cycle the switch as well - turn it "off" then back to "on".

Have a good look at the ends of your shore cord. Remove the boot from each end and inspect and tighten all connectors. While at it, a little dose of dielectric grease won't hurt.

Your panel box might be hidden behind a plexiglass sliding door somewhere in the galley. Open up everything and take a look.

If no 12V power then check your ground wire to the motor.

It also could be that your battery charger just decided to die on that particular day - doubtful but trying to cover the bases here.

Where are you located?
