Cannot find fender lock peg anywhere.

I just bought a Northwood (Sylvan) Speedster 14. It has these large fender lock blocks with blue plastic pegs that key into them. I am missing one of the pegs and cannot find them, or anybody that has seen them before. They are fairly large for a little boat. The rest of the equipment is period Perko. I could replace them with cleats but the carpet would show the outline of the old fender locks.

Anyone know where I would find the pegs?

Nobody? Does anybody recognize these as something for mooring whips? I'll try a different section.
