Title says 1959 Jetcraft.

Tag on dash says (sold by?) "Doc" Chavin, Worcester Mass.

Came with a 1960 Johnson 10HP, but the lower unit may be a mess (no lube in it,
prop turns when rope pulled in neutral).

Looking at an Evinrude 18HP tomorrow.

Windshield (replacement?) and bimini are Taylor Made.
Speedometer is airguide.

Mystery solved. I found a 1962 Aero-Craft catalog this week:

I've never seen one, but it's a darn good-looking boat!..looks to be in great shape, maybe you should repaint it like original in the catalog. Old dogs and old boats are very good!

Here is what the boat looks like now. The lighting makes the paint look darker than it is. I repainted before finding the catalog, and decided not to redo it. I'm not finished wiring, and trying to figure out what to do for a windshield and bimini (the boat came with both):

I've been collecting AeroCraft boat photos and specs at http://www.ultimate.com/aerocraft-boats/

The two tone would have been cool lookin' but the boat looks fabulous as it is. Good job. Love the Fastwin on the back - there were bunches of those on the lake I grew up on.

Silver bay I missed this thread earlier, always nice to see another old AeroCraft being taken care of:)

I do not have any brochures, but my 12' rig is probably mid-60s best I can tell.

Southkogs and 'Angler; Thanks for your support! Two weeks ago we took the boat to the AOMCI meet on Lake Cochitchuate here in Massachusetts, and got nice comments there as well. My phone GPS clocked us at 17 MPH, with two on board. Still haven't gotten the AirGuide speedometer to work (responds to pressure from a bike pump).

Here's a quick video I took this past weekend on the Charles River between Cambridge and Boston (parts of MIT and Boston University are visible):
