Can someone help me howto clean out speedometer line?

My speedometer line is clogged, can someone help me figure out, how to blow it out? Thanks<br /><br />4.3 Merc, 1997

JW,<br />Disconnect small hose at both ends. Use a small nipple nozzle on your air hose and blow the critter clear.<br />It could also be cracked in which case it needs replacing.<br />Uncle Dave

How do i disconnect from the outdrive end? Where do I find the hose?

were the upper and lower drive meet in the front of the drive (the place were all the bolts are) there is a small white plastic coupling<br /><br />you turn it to unlock it and it will come apart<br /><br /><br />tommays
